The fridge is clean inside and out, and in excellent working condition – it gets really COLD and it’s quiet. Best guess-timate on size is 18 cubic feet; this is an apartment sized refrigerator. The space where the refrigerator is located is approximately 30 inches wide x 64 inches tall.

For cooking there is a 21″ wide Magic Chef Vue Magic propane stove with 4 burners, a two rack oven, lower broiler, and the original glass with graphic in perfect condition.

The kitchen sink is a 32″ wide, dual deep basin with a single lever faucet and a new sprayer. This is a residential enameled sink, not plastic.

Lots of cabinets in kitchen area, plus a large pantry and coat closet in the hallway. Cabinet interiors have all received a fresh coat of white paint & are move in ready.

Living room area is approximately 9 feet x 7 feet 7 inches, with 58″ wide sliding glass door curbside. Original frosted glass lighting mounted at the front with dimmer control, additional storage area above.

Tilt out in living area is approximately 4 feet deep x 6.5 feet wide inside, adding 26 square feet of living space. Total living space inside is approximately 290. There are 2 electric outlets on a separate service feed in the tilt out area.

Full bathroom with enameled sink, porcelain water flush toilet, porcelain tub/shower with folding door. Chrome lavatory faucet recently replaced with identical new old stock fixture, as well as the shower head sprayer and water line. There’s a 20 gallon standard propane hot water heater (old school tank style) in a water closet accessed outside. There are water shut off valves for toilet inside, and hot/cold water shut off valves outside in water heater closet. Copper water lines, not plastic, just like a house.

Rear bedroom with mirrored vanity area, drawers, upper storage, dual closets. There is a rear access door in the bedroom.

Original birch paneling is in very good to good condition throughout. No visible water damage, recently cleaned & a fresh coat of shellac has been applied. for a lustrous finish.

This Ken-Craft is a vintage park model; it does not have holding tanks of any kind – fresh water, grey water, or black water.

All of the plumbing is in good working order. Many parts were replaced in 2012,  mostly under the kitchen sink, and included pipe and connector elbows that had cracked over time.

Electric system has a standard 50 amp connector, which powers main living areas. A second, standard extension cord powers tilt out area. It is currently plugged into a 30 amp service connection, and a 20 amp standard outlet for the tilt out area. Circuit breaker panel in electrical access box outside with main shutoff & 4 circuit breakers. All new electrical outlets inside, with new or freshly painted outlet covers..

Large Duo-Therm heater and in floor vents for quick, economic, propane powered heating. The thermostat controlled heater works great, and because of the floor vents the entire trailer is warm quickly. In winter months, with temperatures down to 32 degrees, a 5 gallon tank of propane lasts 4-5 days.

There is a roof mounted air conditioner in working condition, and blows cold air. Centrally located in the middle of the hallway, the a/c unit has two vents that can be directed toward the front and back areas. A minimum 30 amp service connection is required to power the a/c unit.

The exterior is 35 feet long x 8 feet wide, excluding tongue and bumper. The tilt out adds approximately 50 inches to the width when extended.

The outside is original and unrestored. There are a few minor dings here and there, but overall it’s in good condition. The sides are easy to refinish aluminum siding.

It appears the roof was resealed at some point, and there are no leaks. There are 3 roof vents (living room, bedroom, bathroom). The living room & bedroom vents are in good condition & working order. The bathroom roof vent is operable and does not leak, but it does have a few cracks.

Updated tow plug, brake lights work. All exterior brake and turn signal lenses have been replaced.

This vintage Ken-Craft has brand new tires and wheels, and the bearings have been repacked. Work was done prior to last move in February, 2015. The KenCraft towed beautifully with no problems whatsoever. The vintage split rims and baby moons were kept, and could be put back on should the new owner want to restore it to completely original.

Rear storage area is clean, and provides enough space for the original spare tire & wheel to be stored inside with room left for other items.

The tilt out folds into living area inside for moving. Two people can do this, it’s not that heavy but it is manual. Once closed, there is another section at the top that folds up to fully close the tilt out during transport.

Original black and gold California license plate. Registration is current, paid until April 2016.
